I salvaged an engine block, head, and 5-speed gearbox from what I believe is a 2001 Hino Dutro, it was a non-common rail, with a fuel pump and injector pipes. Likely an SO5, 4-cylinder, non-turbo. The gearbox has internal bellhousing bolts, unlike later models. Any compatibility info appreciated, Hino's records haven't helped, might be an import

You seem to be working on an early S05C or S05D setup. I feel like these older mechanical ones are a little more complicated to match, but what you can do is check Toyota Dyna cross-references too since they shared parts back then.

Gotcha. Checking Dyna parts could work since they shared stuff. Parts catalogs or VIN searches might help narrow things down
