ECU to throttle signal on N04C-T?

I'm digging into the throttle setup on an N04C-T and I'm trying to get a clear picture of what the ECU is actually sending out to the throttle body motor. I don't need pin perfect data for a specific year or truck because my understanding is that the signal should be consistent across Hino Dutro and Toyota Dyna models running this engine.

If anyone has scoped this before, what does the output signal from the ECU to the throttle motor look like in practice?

I had some throttle problems, my truck (2013 Hino 195) felt slow when I pressed the gas. I checked the signal from the ECU and saw it was a pulsing signal that changed based on how hard I pushed the pedal. It looked smooth overall.

Did you see any weird jumps or breaks in the signal? I'm wondering if your truck acts different when it's just sitting or when it's working hard.
 
@Culverguy oh, I've seen this issue before. the ECU sends out a Pulse Width Modulation signal to the throttle motor.
In simple terms, it's a rapidly switching on/off signal, and the percentage of time it's 'on' (the duty cycle) is what tells the motor how far to open or close the throttle blade.
So, as you press the pedal, the duty cycle changes, and the motor responds accordingly
